Every time I call in to ask questions the customer service is poor. They are not very caring or generous in their tone nor do they care to really get your service it seems. Also, when I go into the store it seems like I’m wondering a big store without anyone offering to help. When I do get help they are clueless on the questions I ask. You are a pool store you should know what chemicals I need, where they are and know what brands are highly rated.

I don’t see my review. So here we go again. We bought a pool table air hockey table foosball and ping pong tabletop. The pool table pockets were screwed in and caused the balls to chip. Then the pockets on the pool table came out and fell to the floor. The manager thought the bridge had a little screw to hold the bridge. He was sure of himself, but he was wrong. He told me it’s about the money and that’s the bottom line. So when I repeated it to him he got offensive and wanted to say he didn’t say that. At that point I knew we should’ve done our research and went somewhere else. Buyer beware. I’ve seen it before they either give themselves great reviews or have friends and family do it. If they are that friendly and fair then why am I taking time out of my busy day to WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. I’ll tell you why. Because I wish someone would have warned me. YOU LIVE YOU LEARN. Every time I use the pool table I’m scared I’ll break it.

We had a Dough Boy above ground pool at our previous residence. We lived there for 9 years only having to do simple maintenance. We moved and decided to get another above ground pool. Family Liesure was advertising their pools so we went to check out their pools. The pools seemed nice and our salesman was nice. So we purchased one at the end of the year sale. The guy who came out to set it up was not friendly and we feel did a poor job leveling out the ground. It is higher in the middle than around the sides. The skimmer is much smaller causing us to empty it more. No leaves just country bugs. And they don’t have larger ones. The sides are not real sturdy. Our old pool we could walk on the sides while cleaning the pool. Can’t do it on this one. And the pump and fittings are junk! We made a huge mistake by NOT buying a pool brand that we knew was good. Do not buy a pool from Family Liesure.

I had a great experience looking for a hot tub cover lift. Walter was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He helped me understand how many different hot tub cover lifts had been tried over the years. The item they now carry in stock has been longer lasting and better for customers.

My friends and I stopped in at Family Leisure to look around since we have never been there. I wanted to look at the pool tables as I have been shopping around. The variety they have is great. They have everything from traditional, modern to rustic and even have matching shuffleboards. The sales staff seemed really friendly as well as the guys stocking the floor from the warehouse. When I am ready to purchase my pool table I will definitely be going back
