Very very nice customer service felt like I was important would recommend them very highly to anyone who needs outdoor furniture repair. With one exception that I get a 25% discount for giving them such a great review.

This is a family run business that goes overboard to make you happy. They recovered our deck furniture about three years ago. It still looks like brand new. I highly recommend them. They go the extra mile every time to make sure you are completely happy. You will not be disappointed with their service.

Happily cut themselves out of what could have been 150 bucks of work just because they "don't do work for vehicles". It was a powder coated roof rack ffs. Fine by me.

We could not be happier with New Again. We had clients coming into town and kept putting off getting the patio furniture fixed from where squirrels had chewed through it. We took the chairs in one week prior to the arrivals of our guests. New Again said they were 100 orders backed up and it would likely be 3 weeks or more. I explained to them the situation and told them I totally understood and it was my fault for procrastinating. Imagine my surprise when the day before our guests arrived I got a call from New Again and they got our chairs done so we could entertain our guests and make a great impression!!!!
