Purchased a Kioti RX7320 through MoKan and the experience has been more than positive. Kirk Shaffer in sales was the bomb, very knowledgeable and accommodating. I made several requests with the purchase and they were all taken care of to the last detail. I was fully prepared to have to remind them of something but it was not necessary. They had the product delivered ahead of schedule and were very helpful with a minor problem that turned out to be operator error. I am delighted with the unit and with the extra mile MoKan has gone to be helpful.
After talking with a couple of dealers that seemed indifferent or even surly I am happy to have found MoKan.

The first time I called MoKan I realized there was something different about their customer service. I had a problem starting my Gravely Pro-Stance. I called on a Saturday where they close early, but the employee working that day continued talking with me even after closing. On Monday, I still did not have the mower fixed, and when I called, I got the Owner, Rob, on the line. He was super helpful and did not pressure me into bringing the mower in to have them fix it, he believed that I could easily fix it, and there was no point for me to bring it in to pay the shop fee.
When I had run out of solutions, I finally took it down to them, and was greeted and treated like family. They found the solution within 10 minutes, which was a blown fuse that I had overlooked. They didn't charge me anything, and gave me 2 extra fuses just in case it blew again!
The customer service was unmatched! I have a mower dealer 5 minutes from my house, but I will gladly drive 30 minutes to MoKan to be treated like family. No other dealer will spend an hour on the phone trying to resolve your problem, other dealers will want you to bring it in and pay $150 an hour... not this dealer!
From the employees to the Owner, you are treated with respect! I cannot say enough good things about them—Best dealer out there!

Purchased a new zero turn that spent most of the first week in the shop due to issues with it not starting. The dealer put no emphasis on getting it fixed. No follow up from the dealer. Had to continually call for status. Also purchased a small utility trailer that looked like it was used. Brought it back because the lights never worked from the start. one month later they still do not have a simple new wiring harness to replace the defective one. I have called about a mulching kit several weeks ago and never got any follow up. I called about a striping kit a week ago and still waiting on a follow up call. I bought the mulching kit from their competitor and looks like i will do the same for the striping kit. Don't count on any service after the sale at this dealer.
Update 8/22/16: Ultimately MoKan and Kohler rep determined that I had a bad motor and replaced it. It did take a few weeks but MoKan provided me a loaner for that time. I did appreciate them replacing the motor and also provided the loaner which was a big help. I did receive follow up calls after the new motor was installed to see how everything was going. I feel like MoKan is trying to do better and for that I will increase my rating. I would like to continue to do business with them and plan too if they continue to improve.

Purchased a used Gravely Pro-Stance from them the Mower was just as described! And they were very nice to work with!
