Moosejaw

Awesome staff! They take care of their customers! Moosejaw is the place to go to get anything for rock climbing, hiking or camping. They price mach and take care of the customer. I used to shop at other stores that sell the same equipment but, I never received the help and knowledge like I get at Moosejaw. Way to go Moosejaw!

Update: I reached out to the email given in the response to my review, and the director of retail for the company wrote me back very promptly. He was very nice and appreciative of my feedback, and he told me that if needed I can have an item shipped to the store for me to try on free of charge! I'm very impressed with how quickly he responded to me, and I will certainly be using this service in the future. If you're also disappointed by the lack of options in store, make sure you keep this in mind! As for the lack of help or advice in store from the associates, he plans to address it. Overall, my bad experience in store was made right by fantastic customer service and speedy follow through. I popped into Moosejaw this afternoon after browsing their website, hoping to find a quality ski jacket. Not only is their in-store selection very limited, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I had to find someone to help me, and even though I was the only one in the store, the associate offered no advice or help in finding the right jacket for me. The only jackets that looked close to what I would need were on the top rack, which she pointed out to me and then walked away. I had to seek her out again to ask for help in reaching those items. Needless to say, I left empty handed and will not be back to this store. I will stick to REI or Backwoods, where they answer questions with more than a curt reply and don't act as if you're annoying them by asking them to do their job.

I went here to get fitted for a backpack for an upcoming trip. The service was phenomenal! The guy (I am awful with names) was super informative and not pushy. Although I didn't purchase anything, I left well informed and will DEFINITELY purchase my pack online with Moosejaw. Thank you!

Very helpful staff! Super friendly! Good products and if they don't have what you're looking for then they will order it with no obligation to buy! Super awesome!
