Not Very Friendly. I'll admit that I'm not a big customer, just wanted a few small pieces of rock for a hobby project. When I explained this, it was tersely explained to me that I needed to be a "landscaper or contractor" and pay $85 for the privilege of shopping there. The clerk was clearly annoyed to have to deal with me and did not offer any apology or alternative, she just wanted me gone. I am and have been a contractor, and my contractor friends will all hear about this, you can bet. I'll see what they think of paying a fee for permission to buy. I don't expect stuff for free, but if I sold materials by the ton, and a community member wanted 2 lbs worth of crumbs, I'd let them pick up some scrap rocks for cheap or free and wish them well. KAT missed that opportunity and instead earned themselves a poor review. By the way, if you need a rock or two for your aquarium, drop by the lanscape stone/uhaul place just north of KAT on the same access road, they were very friendly and happy to sell me an armload of beautiful stone for $5.00, with great service and a smile. I'll be seeing them again. But KAT has seen the last of me.

The lady who worked there walked past me numerous times and ignored me. Finally, another employee asked if I needed help only to find out there's an $85 yearly fee to shop at this place of business. No thanks.
