Worst customer service. I have never met a more rude person in my lifetime. Simply got a quote for a trade and said 'alright, just going to shop around and come back if I cant find a better deal.' At which point the employee got his panties in a serious bunch and was so rude that I would rather spend hundreds of dollars elsewhere than give them a single dollar. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Called and asked if they carried PS2s and how much they were , they told me they don't "quote" prices over the phone. That sounds like there is no set price for an item and they will get what they can like sharks. Very bad vibe.
