Wonderful small battle site near Kansas City. Site is well preserved and tour of Anderson house is well worth price of 5 dollars. Nice visitors center and short documentary film. The town of Lexington is also worth a visit.

Beautiful and historic. Kind of isolated. If you are in MO you have to visit this site due to the epic event that happened here.

Very interesting place, was there for eclipse this Summer, rain, clouds that parted just long enough to view once in a lifetime event, park personnel helped everyone park, find refuge from rain and still had time to explain exhibition. With 100 times the normal visitors, I was impressed.
