Beautiful park with some very good camping spots. At the lake fish are jumping everywhere but i couldn't catch anything. If you bring your rod and reel i would suggest bringing bait for carp

Stopped off here on the way south and found a nice fun park. This is definitely more of a family place to gather and picnic than perhaps a hiking and camping state park but still worth the visit.

I've been going to the lake about 35 years we always have a good time I do wish that you could go swimming in it but after the last flooded they put a stop to that

Clean and very quiet (during the week anyway). Easy to get to everything in St. Joe.
