Beacon Cleaners

Friendly and courteous staff. My coat looked great when I picked it up, ready for next winter. Service was fast, too. I will use this cleaner again for sure.

Completely aweful service. Will never go here again. Military uniform shirt was lost in the process and took several trips until they finished and got it back into this place. They don’t do any of the dry cleaning themselves. They send it out and have to get it back which is why it takes so long. Husband went in three times in one day and the lady working STILL acted like she had never met him. Never again using their service.

Took my suit in to have it cleaned, and got it back late and still dirty with damage. Went to main branch to show them, and was accused of bringing it in already damaged. Still haven't heard back from them. Not please with them at all!!!

I thought this was a business that had been part of the Northside community for a long time, so when my usual cleaners at 5 Mile closed, I tried this place. First of all, both times I was there the lady was smoking 5 feet away from the door. She comes in when I entered the building. When I left the items, she asked my first name, declined to even write down my last, and phone number. I received no estimated, no slip, nothing to retain. I thought this was odd, but it seemed a trustworthy enough business. My mistake! They are 2x as expensive as my old cleaners, and because the lady smoked so close to the door, my stuff had cigarette odor too. When I told her the prices were unreasonable she told me I could leave my items with her. I paid, but from one local business to another, I have never, EVER had a small business act so rudely. I will never go back.
