Posh looking lot & lobby cleverly disguise a poorly run dry cleaner. High turnover ensures a fresh face helping you every few weeks. Half off your dry cleaning may seem like a bargain until you have a problem (broken/lost buttons/zippers) & find out the management is 'unavailable' or 'disinterested' in resolving issues that arise. Don't bring anything valuable or irreplaceable. Basically the Wal-Mart of dry cleaners without the parking & customer service, but complete with panhandlers & homeless people sleeping by the front door.

Rude from start to finish. Brought in a $900 wedding dress without stains, just to clean and press. They said $180. and they would call in about 10 days when finished. Also, at the same time I brought in a black sequined bride's maid dress. $40. to clean, same time for pick up. No call. Finally, I called after 3 weeks and the woman there said "the items have a 3 day turn-around time" but, she could not find the orders nor tell me the cost. I pressed her, and snidely she replied, "found them, they are ready, and the wedding dress is $80." Well, how much for the other dress? (clicking her tongue) "$20". Then, I had to ask, "Would you please give me the total for my two items including taxes so I can know how much I owe you?" Another loud "tsk" and she said, "$100 bucks!" So, I replied, does that include tax? She hung up the phone on me! Well, for my trouble I received a stained wedding dress and a molded black bride's maid dress in return. I did not see this until after I had paid, returned home, and went to store the dresses minutes after I got them home. Of course I called ASAP and not one word of explanation nor apology was offered, let alone an offer to make it right! Who knows what repairing these items will cost now that I am forced to take them elsewhere. No refund either. No wonder their storefront windows keep getting broken.

Faithful user of their services for a long time - inexpensive and do an excellent job! Always top class service.

Astronomical pricing. Yes they have a coupon which helps but doesn't apply to anything but basic service. $7 for 1 shirt to be dry cleaned, no stain nothing wrong with it just a regular old dry cleaning. Brought in on Wed afternoon, needed by Friday morning. Because it was after 10am on Wednesday and needed before 330pm friday it would be an extra charge of $1 for same day service??? But we needed the shirt so ok. The main reason we were bringing it was more for the pressing done afterwards, instead the shirt was wrinkly and unwearable without being re-ironed FOR $7 a shirt they should be perfect. Will never go back. Wish I could post the pics I took of the shirts. Total waste of money and time

What I liked: Great location, very nice venue. Feels safe and right off division, too. Customer service was actually fairly decent, and the people were friendly. What I hated: I called in and wanted a price to clean a 3 piece suit, and specifically said it was a 3 piece suit with a vest. She said $12.99, maybe 0.50 more if it was red. I thought that was pretty fair, so I brought a 3 piece and a regular two piece suit in. Dropped it off, and came back the next day. Total was 38 bucks. Almost 14 per suit and 8 for the vest. My rationale failed as to how that could of happened. I mentioned the price that was quoted over the phone, and she seemed to think something was wrong, too. She got it down to 35 bucks. I'm not one to make a big deal, I just paid and made a note to write a review because: A. The final price was 140% the estimated quoted price if a 3 piece was 13 and a two was 11...... B. You tell a customer a price, you honor it -- that's on you. Not me. C. You ignored me entirely when I mentioned the price you quoted me on the phone. D. You were going to forget to give me my nice wooden hangers which I specifically asked the garments to be placed back on and you noted when I dropped them off. Final verdict: There's better elsewhere...where you find honest, detail oriented and more reasonably priced services. I would have given 5 stars, but I don't tolerate dishonesty or carelessness.
