I've used beacon cleaners for the past 3 yrs. Have had my jeans done once a week and 2 comforters every other week. I used beacon cleaners for there dry cleaning expierence and they washed my comforter in machine wash and dry, my comforter was ruined and the said, because the tag says that it prefers dry cleaning but either are excepted, they washed it, and dried in hi heat due to the tag being near melted. I spent between 60-100$$$ a week with this place and they much rather tell me that they are not doing anything instead of making it right. I don't do business with people that don't do good business. I'm a manager at a retail tire store and we are not allowed to make the customer unhappy, maybe others should pick up on these work ethics.

I've had nothing but great experiences at Beacon Cleaners on Northwest Blvd. The ladies are always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. The best part, you can pick up your clothes within 24 hours. I highly recommend. Julie Montgomery, Spokane

Horrible service and liars to boot! About a week and a half ago I dropped my $1400 Vera Wang wedding gown off to have it cleaned. The next day, I received a call at work from a very rude woman telling me that they were refusing to clean my gown because (and I am quoting what I was told) "these hand-made gowns just disintegrate when we try to clean them." (It's not hand-made and the bridal store that it was purchased from brand new clearly advertises it as being dry clean-able.) When my husband arrived later that day to pick it up for me, they changed their story and told him some bulls**t about the stitching and that being the reason they couldn't clean it. They had simply decided they weren't going to make enough money off of me because I had declined the expensive extras (pressing, preservation and boxing). I took it to a competitor out in Spokane Valley and there was no issue whatsoever in getting my gown cleaned, received MUCH better service and a better price. So much for this place being the Wedding Gown Specialists!! I will NEVER go back to this JOKE of a business!!
