Absolutely Horrible experience. We used Happy Laundry's pickup service for the better part of a year. On multiple occasions, they delivered our laundry to the wrong house and did not recover all of it. Another time we received our laundry mixed with someone else's, and not all of the laundry we sent out came back. We were given one-time discounts but the discount didn't cover the cost of lost clothing. Some of the time there was no problem, but when there was, it was bad! Then, they raised their rates significantly. We have since decided to wash our own laundry.

We had a great experience using their laundry pickup service. Our clothes were promptly picked up and delivered each week, and were always clean and folded/hung up nicely.

For the last 8 years we have used Happy Laundry at least once a week. Best price, best service. Can't say enough positive. Since we run an event center and Inn (Roberts' Mansion), we must have a dependable service for our tablecloths and bed linens. We have found that with Happy Laundry!

Sep 12, 2017 *** It's important to recognize and thank ALL of the hard working "front-line" staff that provides this wonderful and necessary service. For many, it's not just a convenience! As a retired woman in her late 60's, living alone in an apartment without an in-unit washer/dryer, it's too difficult for me to use the complex's laundry room. I no longer have to worry about having enough quarters, the struggle, the time, etc.
I hope you share this review with your entire staff because everyone there deserves to know how much they/you are appreciated!
THANK YOU ... THANK YOU ... THANK YOU! ♥ ♥ ♥

Happy laundry is owned and operated by an absolute moron. Nowhere on their website or phone system does he indicate whether Happy Laundry is delivery only or also has a retail location. When you call their number, every extension you select only connects you to a voicemail. After wasting about 15 minutes calling back and selecting every option, in attempt to find an answer, I finally get connected to the owner. He states that they do have a retail location and provides the address (which is the same address listed on their website). Because of their positive reviews, drive out of my way to drop off some dry cleaning at Happy Laundry. Get to the address and find no place called Happy Laundry. Do find a place called "Mission Village Laundromat". Go inside and ask if anyone knows where Happy Laundry is. Apparently, there's a very small section in the back of the Laundromat where Happy Laundry accepts drop offs. Ask the lady in the back how long dry cleaning will take and she tells me the they have to send dry cleaning out to a commercial operation, so it takes longer. What the Effing F??! I didn't waste all this time just to take my suit to a location where they accept dry cleaning only to send it out the next day to a different part of the city, then drive it back to this out-of-the-way pickup point only for me to have to drive back there to get it 2 days after I need it. If that's what I wanted, I would have just used their delivery service. God, the owner is a moron. Could have saved me a few wasted hours if he ran his business like a person with a competent knowledge of how to run a business. Ended up taking my suit to another dry cleaner. One with a real retail location.
