Best Buy

I came in just looking to browse the phones but was planning to purchase at Verizon instead however while I was looking Alfonso (I believe was his name) came up to me and asked if I needed help. He explained the sales going on,the differences between the two phones I wanted (even checked to see if they had items in stock twice), talked to me about phone plans and helped me decide on a watch. He did all of this knowing I had to wait on my husband to purchase and he wouldn't receive any credit for the sale. He's the reason I ended up purchasing from best buy and I really do feel I got the best value for my money because of him. I dont remember the name of the employee that actually set up my phone for me but he was really nice as well. Overall great customer service from the employees in the cell phone section. Definitely recommend coming here

So... you didn't have a single thing we were looking for... however, we still strolled thru the store to take a look, intrigued by the modern interior design, and I have to give you 4 stars because I've yet to see a Best Buy this sleek and clean in my life. The focus on more computers, tablets, gadgets, etc. is brilliant, and I love it. So you may not have had what we needed then, but I can guarantee I'm the future I'll be coming here for some bigger ticket items.

Great place to get electronics, videogames, appliances, etc. Always something new to see and get. Everyone helps you no matter what you are looking for. I highly recommend it, also they usually have great prices and offers.

Best Buy to me lives up to their name. They will compete at all levels. I recently had a problem with downloading a program. The Online staff jumped right in and found several conflicting things on my computer. It was fixed rapidly and with great courtesy.

I was told this is the place to go if you needed something for your Tele or stereo. I was very disappointed. I was in search of 3 things they did not have what I needed even worse they did not carry them and never heard of 1 of the things I wanted
