Best Buy

Every employee that seen us was very helpful and asked if we needed help finding anything! They knew the store! And is very clean! A+ in my experience! Kudos to management and good quality employees!

I usually dont have to spend much time here because I research what I need before going in the store. However the staff is always friendly and helpful when I need them to look up an item for me. Picking up online orders is painless and setting up returns when needed isn't a struggle.

Very good electronic selection, only weak side is the smaller selection of othee Android Phone Accessories. Also the gaming department just does not feel the same anymore. Still a top tier store with great staff.

They suck, was supposed to get my fridge delivered today and it never came called 3 times only to finally find out that oh it wont be delivered until Tuesday. The best part is someone wrote down that I was notified today of this change and I wasn't and I have waited 3 weeks for this stupid fridge. Classic West Texas for ya. Never shopping at best buy again.

Best buy can be pricey sometimes but they have great service if you can hunt some one down who isnt with some one.
