Only service I have found with alleyway pick up. Never had customer service problems. Had them miss my pick up a couple of times but I just called them and they credited my account.

Tired of promises of pickup. I pay extra to recycle they screw up and don't pickup even after calling. Today March 5 2018, no one is answering the phones on the commercial or customer complaint lines! Was on hold 6 minutes and 50 seconds then it cuts you off! Time to shop for a new trash service! They picked up our Tuesday trash on Wednesday and near pickup up recycling even after promise at noon Thursday to "schedule and extra pickup." No pickup by Saturday at 6 pm. Didn't put it out today be a use of wind gust 45mi/hr!

Absolutely terrible service. Two weeks in a row now my trash has not been picked up. The first week I was told the driver had picked it up already but that they would send out a sweep truck (which they did do) but I did not appreciate getting called a liar. The second week I got told it was not on the curb (which it definitely WAS) and I sat on the phone for over an hour arguing with a woman who then told me there was nothing they could do and that I was just going to have to wait until the next pick up date which I do not have the space in the barrel to reasonably do! Do not waste your time on this service. It is in fact complete garbage.

3 weeks in a row, the driver has backed into my dumpster! Kind of funny but wow dude!!!! Maybe he should not be driving a huge truck! Not to mention, customer service is lacking in friendliness. 2 times now I have not received my bill saying when to pay by, nor did I get a reminder call or letter until after the missed pick up. Overall, I am displeased.

My trash pickup has been as late as 4-5 days after my pickup day. If there's a holiday, I'm lucky if it only takes 2 weeks to catch up. My pickup day was yesterday and my trash barrel is still sitting on the curb full. When I call to complain I get no satisfaction. It's cheap, that's the only good thing about it. I guess you get what you pay for...
