Ordered a container for delivery for a construction project.  They took my money, gave me a delivery date and then proceeded to no-show no-call.  Put me in a real bind given construction schedules.  Called and they said they don't have any containers.  NICE!

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE yard mamagement service. 3 weeks in a row they no-showed, called multiple times with promises from them they would "be there within 24 hours," we will be stopping our service immediately in Blue Springs. Do NOT use them. Even spoke to a manager who said they would make sure they were here same day, and that she would file a formal complaint, AND that the route manager would call us. And yet, we still have our yard waste bags...from 3 weeks ago
