HORRIBLE yard waste service. Didn't use it for 2 months because I didn't need it, called for three weeks, setting bags out each time a rep said they would be there within 24 hrs. Frustrating because clearly they have a problem with their route people, but the call center is basically useless if management doesn't deal with the real problem. Even spoke to the "floor manager" who said they would be out within the same day and that the "route manager" would be calling us. Crickets. Cancelling service we paid for IN ADNVANCE this coming week. Do not use them!!!
