Waste Connections of Wichita Trash and Recycling Company

Been with then for over 3 and a half years, they price increased from $55 to $75 after the first 24 months. So I called today because I found a better deal, that I wanted to cancel. They informed me that I had a 2 year agreement with them and that it automatically renews for another 2 years and that I had to pay $75 cancellation fee. So I cancelled and would never recommend this business to anyone.

Very good company . Sometimes I forget to put recycle out so they will wait a minute while I get it to the curb. Very nice staff when I need to call for something.

Bill suddenly jumped for no reason. When called to cancel they offered to price match which was just insulting. Then said they were going to charge to take their damn can of my lawn. Please do yourself a favor go with air capital. When I called them he warned me waste connections would charge that 15$fee and air cap took 15$ of my first bill just to help you with the punishment fee from waste connections. Service is cheaper, people are friendlier just an over all better customer service experience.

I have had Waste Connections as my provider for probably 10 years. The guy that picks up the trash always waves to my son and the girls in the office are always so nice when I call in. When I got a deal from the other company I called them and they were able to match that rate! Great company!
