Cost went from $65/mo to $90/mo! DO NOT choose this company. I like my regular driver, he is helpful! The office and sub drivers, NOT so much.

This company sucks, I literally watched them today empty just one trash can, and leave the others at a sit still, why should I pay for service if I'm only getting a fraction of what I'm paying for! Let alone all of the trash they leave all over my back drive every single time they pick up. Can't wait for office hours I'm sick of it.

I ended up with a flat on a day that was 90 out, humid, with 3 kids. I couldn't find my jack. Chad and another man from L and K pulled their truck over and changed my flat for me. They even followed me to the gas station to make sure I could get air in my spare. I know they were busy, it was hot, and wasn't their responsibility. Yet, they took the time to help and didn't want anything in return. Thank you so much!!

Ever since WM took over for L&K the prices have jumped and customer service is a joke.  If you have a choice avoid this company!  Try Town and Country instead.
