Overall good experience. Some minor things. Like the heat lamp in the bathroom took some finagling to turn off. Overall slightly dated furnishings but didn't really detract from the experience. Lots of good food and plenty of store options nearby. Some in walking distance.

Great location, kind and helpful staff. Guest rooms very clean. A/C unit not working in lobby. Also room a/c unit not working properly. Breakfast was good area clean and hostess tended to everything, disappointing that once again the waffle iron was replaced with a pancake maker that was not working.

A/C was not working at all. A lot should be done in order to provide an excellent service to the guests. Also, only one ice machine for all 3 floors...

This hotel is strange. Some rooms have a mini refrigerator but don't have a microwave which makes no since. The do have a microwave behind the front desk that you can use but I find th t so odd.

The breakfast lady was sweet !! She was a younger gal..very happy and helpful . I was sad to see her not there on the weekend . The front desk lady was a little flighty and not helpful with the things she should of been I had to receive help form the Falon girl , there was no one at the front desk
