I didn't like it. Too loud, the bed is too soft... so much that when I lay down it's seems I sunk to the downstairs floor level. I can hardly get a good night sleep "in" it. Bathroom is okay except for the wrong toilet sit model which doesn't match the toilet, the wallpaper falling down from the wall below the sink, and the mold? stains in the toilet roof. I ironed one shirt and the iron was so dirty/rusty inside that as soon as I pressed the steam button I got a rust-stamp tattooed on my shirt with every hole from the iron. And when I complained at the front desk they only said "I am sorry". Food is okay... a bit pricey in comparison with Rosy's Tomorrow and of course the quality and quantity cannot be compared against Rosy's. My first anday last stay here

The parking lot is a nightmare of potholes, the conferences rooms are tiny and without ventilation and seem to be in need of renovation. The bathrooms were claustrophobic with toilets so low to the ground I felt like a toddler and the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. The Lobby looked modern and clean, the food was excellent.

The Crowne Plaza...
Still a good hotel overall - the rooms are spacious, and the heat is good the bath is well appointed... Other than my light fixture being crooked and obvious, I had no complaints about my room.
Staff is polite, prompt, and inviting. That extends from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, to the Concierge attendant. Everyone is still Top Shelf!
But on the same note, not what it once was...
It is really tired in some respects as well. The elevator(s) are actually a bit alarming. They make some strange squeaks, rattles, creaking and grinding.
The hotel is really lacking the touches that Crowne Plaza (as a brand) is known for.
I was lacking the complimentary beverage and snack in my room (at one point it was a cheese & fruit plate). There was no fridge or microwave (both were provided when requested), but I guess I just assumed they would already be in the room.
This concierge room was lacking as well - breakfast was a packaged bagel and juice. No fruit or protein(s) were part of the room. Evening had chips and cookies (and finally some fruit)...
The coffee machine was outstanding, and provided a great cup of hot coffee.
I'll be back - but I hope to see some updates coming.

I attended a conference here and the venue was pretty good. I was thankful they have a bar because they didn't have a real coffee shop and could use one. Overall good spot for a conference.

Location was easy to get to and had lots of space for our professional event (which required both big common areas and also many smaller meeting rooms for seminar sessions). The hotel was definitely older and the meeting rooms showed their age (dim lights, spotty ceilings, etc), but the staff was professional/helpful and the food was good!
