I've never stayed here, but I deliver here all the time. I give it 4 stars because it's not the best hotel in town, but it is respectable, and it's one of the better options in the area. A lot of other places are real low on the totem pole compared to this one. I can say decent people stay here and I've never heard any loud or obnoxious guests. Which is a lot more then I can say for some of the others. The staff is helpful also.

The hotel looked very clean and the staff we came in contact with was helpful. I was in a conference type room and it was very nice. We didn't stay the entire event, but the time we were there was perfectly fine.

If your in the area stay here!!! Doesn't matter if you have to pay the extra 50, most likely you won't but its worth it. I was recently there and the people I was with had plans all day. I didn't have anything to do so I thought it would be nice to stay in my room until 6pm. I asked john at guest services and to to my surprise he made accommodations to fit my needs. For those of you who know how hotels work that would mean this room would be unavailable till the following day because of housekeeping. Best service and hospitality out of any 5 star I've ever stayed at!

Please Proceed With Caution
My best friend left his wallet (unintentionally, like many of us do) in the hotel room on the day he checked out, later realizing it in the day, only to find out that someone in the staff went into his wallet and stole a significant amount of money from you. Now the hotel must be breeding this toxic culture because when he eventually spoke with the General Manager, Jennifer, she was neglectful and combative instead of being helpful and courteous. Furthermore, what makes this situation even more unfortunate is the fact that his company gives the hotel frequent business, so it's a shame that they'll treat their prospects and "cherished guests" like that. The hotel's general manager basically denoted that it wasn't in her best interests to refund my friend even though her company provides frequent business there. So my question is, if they'd do that to a frequent and "cherished guest", what would they do to a person who is staying there for the first time? My advise would be in order to avoid this happening to you would be either to book elsewhere if you can, or if you absolutely have to, proceed with caution!

The Hotel was okay, and had everything that you would need in the area. The only problem I had was that we had a Suite and payed a lot of money for the room, only to not have a television in the Living room. The breakfast buffet was good as well.
