Clean hotel. Room is 95% remodeled with only a few pieces of furniture left behind. The front entrance to this hotel looks like a 3rd rate motel. However, the inside of the hotel is NOT 3rd rate. The grounds are well maintained. The room is very clean. Great beds, good sheets, soft towels, wonderful soap and shampoo. Very pleased with this hotel. If you book a room, hold your judgement until you actually get inside, it's worth it.

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beds were super comfy. Inn room coffee and extra toiletries provided.Sequoia Hospital is literally around the corner and up the street. Starbucks and a few restaurants are within walking distance. There are other restaurants and shopping a very short drive away. I can go on about the rooms, but what put this establishment over the top for me was the staff. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and care they extended to my father and I. I had booked the room for a Thursday through Wednesday. I was bringing my father up for bypass surgery at Sequoia hospital. We arrived Thursday March 8th late in the afternoon after bouncing from doctors appointment to doctors appointment. We were greeted by 2 very friendly gentlemen. While one was checking us in, the other offered us 2 cold bottles of water and went over the hotels amenities and information on their free breakfast. On top of this, we needed help with some outside paperwork. They went above and beyond to help us. I really wish I had gotten every employees name that assisted us. Every time I came in and out, they genuinely asked how I was, if I needed anything, and offered me a cold bottle of water. It's little touches that go a long way. My dad was very concerned for my safety as I would be staying there by myself at night. I am 46 years old, but will always and forever be daddy's little girl. Upon check in my dad expressed his concern about my safety. They promised to take extra care of my safety and watch out for me coming and going. My father had surgery Friday March 9th. He passed away on Sunday. As per policy, the hotel could of held me to all 6 nights. I stayed Thursday and Friday night at the hotel. Saturday my father took a turn for the worse so I never left his side. All my belongings were still in the hotel room. When I went to check out, the gentleman on duty Sunday morning could have charged me for all or most of the nights. He only charged me for the 2 nights I physically stayed there. Sorry for the rambling and scattered post, but I cannot say enough good about this hotel.

Great location, super bed, clean, quiet. Breakfast ok but also restaurant 20 ft away. Wonderful staff. Excellent value. Close to revitalized downtown, easy access. Nice neighborhood for walking near hotel. Beautiful pool area. Secure. Great value. iPad connection issues but android connect perfect.

The hotel was smaller then other best westerns, in a not so welcoming area but the staff are very courteous and helpful. Had a great night's rest while I was attending a class in the area.

Nice place to stay for the cost. Not anything over the top but staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Continental breakfast had the basic options. Waffle maker, juices, yogurt, bacon, eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), etc...parking fills up quick.
