Great location. 4 stars was for cleanliness - not great. Customer service was good. I found street parking nearby overnight. Safe neighborhood. Easy walking to a ton of eateries within a few blocks. Also easy walking/morning run to the beach with bridge views, and to the wharf and Ghiradelli. Very quiet. Suitable for a convenient overnight crash pad while traveling solo.

It's clean...EXCEPT not under the bed!!! Person at desk was not even on site upon our arrival. He gave us a key, we went to the room, opened the door and the room WAS OCCUPIED!!! We went back to the office and were given another room. Breakfast was offered...sweet roll, bananas, coffee...breakfast was not even available until after 8:00 am....they ran out of cream...Parking is REALLY tight!!! Lots of coffee shops in the immediate area as well as eating establishments.

Nice surrounding, courteous staff, spacious room with all aminities and ample parking space. Memorable stay there.

FILTHY AND RUDE! The plumbing backs up randomly into the SINK! GROSS! The toilet ran constantly and loud! The shower and tub have mold. The whole room has a thick layer of dust everywhere. I have NO idea how people are rating this place anywhere decent. Waaay over priced! The only and I mean ONLY thing going for this dump is it's simi decent location. Not worth it.

Don't stay! Our room very small, plumbing was horrible, sink and bathtub didn't drain. Let them know, nothing was done. Overpriced!
