Best Western Olympic Inn

We had a family reunion there and it was just perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had arranged to have all meals together. We went for buffet style. The food was good, the buffet line moved quickly and our waiter, Greg, was awesome. There was a pool for the kids which was perfect. The place was just the right size for a family reunion...it was very easy to find each other which is key when you have lots of kids. The hotel was definitely family friendly. Can't wait to return next year.

I give this hotel 4 stars because it had complimentary wifi and breakfast. The hotel also had cable in the room so i was able to watch movies, it had ac,a microwave and access to a fridge. The hotel is very old but had what i needed.. Good place to stay at.

This hotel had some renovations done. It's a little dated. But clean and had breakfast included.( Don't forget to ask for your vouchers each day) Staff was training an employee at the desk--that was a little slow. But everyone has a first day and she was kind an apologetic. There were buses of casino weekenders. It has a bar and is near popular eateries and grocery stores. The only issue I had was that the front of the hotel always had m-a-n-y guests smoking. I don't smoke--and I don't like the smell of it either. I tolerated it, but it was thick like a fog and you couldn't help but smell like cigarettes and cigars. For the price we paid--it was fine. You get what you pay for.It did it's job.

Limited budget. Adequate, clean and served breakfast. FYI--You have to ask for your meal voucher each day.

Never in my life have I been more disgusted. My family travels to this area A LOT and not only will I never waste money at this place again I will make sure I also let friends and family who also travel to this area never to stay here. After spending 1 night with HEATING issues with children in a room and returning to a room on the second night where the heat NEVER shut off the entire time we were gone out I was up and down all night long to the front desk. The front desk guy was wonderful, Dwight...however I was never offered another room (even though we were checking out the following morning) and the following morning while checking out the young woman who checked me out also asked how my stay was and I was honest the heat is a big deal with kids and very cold fall nights (I believe it was about 30 maybe even less) multiple times we asked for extra blankets had to put blankets around the heater because we finally had to shut off the unit and it just blew ice cold air in all night from the outside!! The manger talked to me after the very night young lady went and got him and he did nothing just called the maintenance man maybe...this happened 2 nights it was so random either super hot or super cold. Oh and not only that the room was not in the best shape...and there were BUGS in the ice that came from their ice machines! I must say the one star is for those amazing workers. I knew if they had it their way they would have offered something. If it was me and my husband it wouldn't have bothered me that much. But my kids were freezing!
