The Spa at Norwich Inn

Went to Mother's Day Brunch today. It was fabulous. This is a very upscale place, which I didn't fully realize before we got there. But, in a good, not snooty way. The facility was immaculate. They had live piano music, the table settings were impecable, and the waitstaff was really top notch. The food was great. They had every course imaginable, and dozens of desserts at the end. Highly recommend.

I went here overnight with my mom and it was so fun!! The spa supplies you with so much (ie robes, slippers, deodorant, lotion, shampoo, etc). Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up at one point with our dinner package, but the staff made sure to change all of the issues quickly for us. My mom and I got the Swedish Spa Massage, the European Deep Cleansing Facial, and the Milk and Honey Manicure. I highly recommend all three, they're amazing!! The food is good as well. Overall I would definitely go back

Spa services are good but a tip is mandatory so some technicians don't do as great a job. Ordered food and there was hair in the meal. When it was pointed out to the server they brushed it off as no big deal. Stayed in a villa and it looks pretty. The bathroom had a bug infestation. I made the front desk aware of the bugs and was told "it's to be expected because of the woods surrounding the room". For $300 a night I expect there to be no bugs.

Real spa, beautiful inside. Have a free wine tasting everyday and tea and scones. Rooms are clean staff is very nice. Only complaint is that the pool is not heated, always cold. Is 2 minutes from Mohegan Sum

I love this spa. The staff bend over backwards to accommodate you. The lounge areas are comfortable and the locker room provides everything you could want. The food is delish. The facials are my favorite! The gel manicure was very good too.
