Captain Grant's 1754

I can not say enough wonderful things about this place! The hospitality, the food, the guests,the atmosphere, the owners, it was all a wonderful experience. Breakfast was amazing all the way around. Family style breakfast with the all the Inn guests. Real people talking and eating at one table! No cell phones, just nice conversation with people. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Carol and Ted! This place is a real gem👍

This is a great place to stay at. We received a warm greeting from Ted who met us as we pulled up, and gave us a tour of the place before we settled in. Dessert and cookies all day, a media room with a fireplace, pool table, and popcorn machine, complimentary beer and wine, a really comfy bed with breakfast in the morning? What more could you want? Oh yea, possible ghosts 😁

Loved staying here! Ted and Carol were the best! They were always so willing to help with ideas for what to do and directions! Breakfast was delicious! Rooms were beautiful! It was a delight to have my coffee on the patio! Location was great for going to Mohegan Sun Casino.

Awesome colonial house, cozy atmosphere, complimentary snacks soda beer wine, slept like a baby and woke up to a extra yummy breakfast. Staff was nothing short of top notch. Didn't want to leave!!!😁😁😁👅👅👅👍👍👍

Stayed for 1 night. Had a great time. Such a cool old colonial home and the breakfast was so delicious! Home made corn beef hash! Ted and Carol have a great thing going here. Cant wait to stay again.
