Bluebird Diner

Was at seminar over last weekend. Stopped at Bluebird Diner for breakfast because of ratings on line. The food and service was so good and friendly, we stopped back Sunday morning again. Coffee was some of the best I've had. We would recommend this to anyone looking for quick, delicious food and clean and very friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful little diner slightly off the beaten path. Very delicious and a wide variety of options. While they are typically known for the breakfast, we decided to have lunch today. I got the pork tenderloin sandwich with fries, which was pretty tasty. The dining area was busy but that is to be expected at lunch as its well known among the locals. I would recommend giving this place a try. Its definitely not a chain restaurant.

If you are looking for regular diner food, be careful what you order. First experience here was horrible. Second time I was careful with my order and it was ok. Stay away from the sausage, it is just nasty with green stuff in it. Also I would stay away from any baked goods. The buttermilk pancakes are safe as are the omelets since you can order what you want in them. The coffee is extremely strong and bitter. Refills are hard to come by.

Love the food here. Breakfast never disappoints and I usually don't steer away from what I know, but I got lunch here the other day and it was fantastic too! Service is always good.

I really like Bluebird Diner a lot. The only negative is the extremely long wait times each time we visit. That's largely out of their control, but it does tend to discourage us from venturing there on the weekends. But that means it's a good place to eat!
