Erin was the best! I needed to find the perfect watch for my husband for our 20th anniversary and she was so helpful and even had to order one for me so I had exactly what I knew he would want . Then to top it off when you thought it couldn’t get any better she helped me design the most beautiful ring to complement the other three rings I already owned to make the most spectacular 20 year anniversary ring. I had to bring it back a few times for sizing issues and she was quick to have it corrected and friendly as always. Bruce G Weber and Erin will be forever my go to place for all my special jewelry needs. They don’t disappoint !!!

I have shopped at BW for almost 20 yrs. It is the best place to find high quality jewelry and it has great customer service. My favorite sales associate is Lynn Redwine. She is professional and knows her product. She always goes out of her way to make sure you are getting the best price and total satisfaction

The work I had done during the past 3 week left my 47 year old wedding band flattened so it looked like a football. So, I stopped at Bruce G Webber’s to see if they could return it to its original round shape. When I walked in (dressed in jeans and an old sweatshirt), I was greeted dy two beautiful young women. I explained my problem they began the repair work immediately while we engaged in a very nice conversation. Five minutes later my wedding band was as good as new. When I asked what I owed them, they said there was no charge. It just doesn’t get any better than this. I was treated like an old friend!
