Ad says they can replace most crystals, they couldnt on my Stark. Brought in a Swiss Army Watch for running slow. Replcd movement, still slow after pickup so I returned it. Got it back and it kept time for a month and started running slow again. So I brought it back A SECOND time(keep count, this will be the third time theyve worked on same watch). Ran good for about a wk before it started running slow again. First watch I ever brought in was a 15+ yo Lorus that had ran fine but never been serviced before. Ran great for over a yr until tonight prompting this review; went to adjust time and the crown pulled completely out of the watch on the end of a shaft w a spring wrapped around it. Wow. Done w/ CNS. 😠
