Katie originally helped us at the Broken Arrow location before she moved to the South location. She was able to help me find the perfect engagement ring, as well as wedding bands. The entire staff is wonderful, very friendly and engaging. Katie made us feel like family from the moment we met her. Her passion and love for what she does shines through every interaction we have had. My fiancé purchased a princess cut with a single halo diamond ring back in September 2017. I absolutely loved it and was super disappointed when I realized a month after my engagement a diamond was missing from the halo. At no charge, J David Jewelry replaced the diamond and were very apologetic for the missing diamond. To my surprise, this same scenario happened two more times. I was very frustrated and was to the point where I didn’t feel like I could wear my ring without being worried about losing another diamond. Leaving without my ring again, Katie from J. David jewelry called me explaining that obviously there was a defect in my ring and they would never use that manufacturer again since I’ve had so much trouble with the defected ring. They told me they would make me a brand new ring that would resemble my old one at no charge. They even added a few diamonds to my band that I had purchased in December that matched the defected ring. It was a pleasure working with Katie and everyone else at J. David Jewelry. I really appreciate their business and good customer service. They truly want their customers happy with their products. I would recommend anyone to J. David Jewelry.

I had previously ordered a specialty designed piece from another jeweler (mistake). I went through months of waiting and still ended up with less than desirable outcomes. The day I walked into J.David jewelry store, I was at my wits end after so much turmoil from shopping elsewhere. The staff at J.David was amazing and listened to everything I'd been through trying to obtain my special piece. Catalogs were pulled out, options on a computer screen for me to see and measurements of my neck to make everything exactly perfect for me. My order came in promptly. I must say, I didn't allow myself to get my hopes up after all I'd been through. I had decided that maybe my expectations were too high of what I was creating.. But then today, I went to pick up my purchase. I literally cried because it is so amazing. I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect!! J. David will forever be my first option whether I am having something made or buying something already available. As I said, amazing staff. Everyone is smiling and cheerful and waiting as soon as you walk in to accommodate your needs and wants. PLUS...what a beautiful store!!! Thank you J.David for everything. I couldn't be more satisfied!!!
