Overpriced for repairs. Took a tag in to have a plunger replaced in November. Was told I would have the watck back by Christmas, long story short, took 4 months to get my watch and a repair that I was quoted $60. from another shop ended up costing well over $100.00. prices in shop are way to high and I can get any watch they offer chespch elsewhere.

I'VE BOUGHT MANY WATCHES AND CLOCKS FROM FRED AND GEORGE ESPIGARES. THEY ARE ALSO THE ONLY PLACE I TRUST TO SERVICE MY WATCH COLLECTION. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE THEY OPENED THEIR BUSINESS, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE TRUE HOROLOGISTS, AND THEY ARE HONEST AND FRIENDLY, AS WELL.

I can't say enough good things about this clock shop. We drove over from Bentonville, Arkansas after a local clock shop had our clock for 8 months and still hadn't cleaned or serviced it. We only needed it cleaned and these guys had it done in four weeks. We are so pleased that after so many months without our cuckoo clock that we were able to get it done so quickly. These guys are top notch, very professional, and do great work. I'm so glad I found them and will definitely be returning!!

These gentlemen are true artisans to their craft. I took in five watches for a variety of reasons... none of were working. One was 20+ yrs old and in a zip lock bag, he looked at it and kinda smirked, wrote down a few things, and went on to the next one. I left that day with an estimate that was very reasonable. I received a call a week later that they were all ready...ALL! The repair cost was minimal enough that I purchased a new watch before I left from their broad selection.
