Absolutely wonderful customer service. They went over the top to involve my kids in the making of a piece of jewelry for my wife. She loved it! And I had pics of my kids placing their birth stones. So great!

Joel and Jimmy took the best care of me. I was planning to propose and had my Mother’s ring but wanted to get the ring my Now Fiancé really wanted. They used my moms ring and created a new ring unique to my Fiancé and exactly what she wanted! Best service of any company I’ve ever worked with.
