Got a watch for mother’s day it did t fit right took it back and exchanged it picked out another one needed links taken out there took was broke I had already went to the mall the girls lied said they did t n ow how to do it but when I went back they all of a sudden knew how but there tool was. Broke so they tried to send me back to 71 and 75 but they never called me to let me know they got there took in looks like I will b closing out my card I had for years

So i walk into the mall for my annual in and out shopping spree and first thing i see is Kay Jewelers i think "Awesome" i wont be long in this mall at all" I start to browse, expecting the salesperson that's in there staring at her phone to wander over and help me...i browse a bit more...and a bit more...OK I'm out..can't get off your facebook or whatever to help a customer..then this customer will go spend a thousand at Zales...and I did.

Horrible customer service. It is well worth the short drive to go to the Kay's at Woodland Hill's than to subject ourselves to the attitude and disrespect we received at this location.
