Star Jewelers

Been doing business with Star's for over 40 years. My husband always went there to purchase any gifts for me. It is wonderful to have a store that knows your test and is always helpful. I depend on them to keep my jewelry clean and in perfect shape.

Joe did an awesome job at getting my information and said he would have the Jeweler look at my watch to see if they could fix it. They called me back in a timely manner and said they could fix it in house. I came in today to pick it up and it's like new again thank you guys again! Great place and great service!

Star Jewelers is a great local business. Located on Main Street in Broken Arrow (in the Rose District). The staff was not pushing and was able to help get me on my way quickly. I came in for a watch battery which was replaced in just a few minutes. They offered to clean & inspect my wedding ring while there. Great service from happy, knowledgeable people.

My wife and I brought in a small gold bracelet to get repaired here. One of the links holding the sections had come loose. They charged 110.00 to repair this small part. I thought that was a touch high, however as it required time and delicate work, I paid it. We picked the bracelet up and wore it to dinner that evening. It broke again. When we returned to the store, the jeweler said that it was broken in a different spot, and that it was actually in danger of breaking in several more... And in order to make it safe - it would cost 400.00 MORE dollars. This would have been material information relevant to deciding on the first repair. This jeweler did a very poor job of providing any kind of customer service. BEFORE repairing jewelery.. you generally inspect it or examine it to make sure the customer knows what the issues are with it. Not after you pay for repairs, and then bring it back a second time. Overall... a VERY poor experience.

I wanted to buy my wife a necklace on her Birthday so I went to Star, and when I walked in I was greeted and told the man what I thought she would like. He showed me a beautiful Opal necklace and I knew that was the one! Thanks Star Jewellers! She loves it!
