Burger King

Drive through intercom was hard to understand, I was asked to pull to the window. I was cut off with the assumption my order was complete but I hadn't finished ordering. Once my order truly was complete it was repeated back to me, and then once I got home with the food half the order was missing. I don't live close to the location so I attempted to call and see what could be done about this mistake. (No answer) I'd suggest visiting a different BK.

Yeah this is a terrible location, Idk know what it is about this place. They’re ever so often out of items and consistently very slow especially at the order speaker. There owner/management needs incentive to do better here. I’d just as soon go to Carl's Jr or McDonalds across the street, but your spicy chicken sandwich is the only decent one around since kfc ditched their “zinger” chk sandwich. One star for your %&#ed-up attitude and service.

Stopped in for breakfast 24th and when I pulled into the lot there were 6 homeless urban campers vehicles parked (cars and vans) not a very comfortable sight. when I was at the order counter I started looking around, there was dirt and i dont know what hanging from ceiling vent over where food is prepped counters were dirty and I could go on. Got my meal left, then looked at it and couldn't eat it. I can say I wont be back

I like Burger king a lot . Was wanting the husband to get hi pregnant wife some and it was closed .. I love how they are closed at 10 when it says they close at 12am 😭

They literally closed the door in our faces. Myself and one other customer we're trying to go in and they said very rudely that the lobby is closed. I told them the sign on the door says 10pm and the other employee spoke to another one in Spanish before he answered me and said "we close when we want, that's the way it always is." Then that employee came outside and brought a large bag of food to his girlfriend in her car, she gave him a kiss and he ran back inside. I'm so confused. Does anyone work here? Do they have a manager???? Ugh. Never again will I be back. I've worked a lot of places before, it is very obvious no one is here to run this crew.
