Gardner House Cafe and Bed & Breakfast

My wife and I ate at the Garden House cafe for the first time this morning. Food was excellent and the place is fascinating. The owners father was the head administrator for NASA back when America was trying to become the first country to the moon. You just have to see the artifacts, hear the stories, and all the original photos of his father and Shepard, Glenn, and all the other names you'll know from history, and the be movies. From pieces of the moon to the heat shield off the Apollo, it's amazing this is just a few minutes away from anywhere in Stayton, OR. You have to check it out.

Best loose leaf tea you can find from Dallas OR to Sisters OR and maybe further! Food is elevated simplistic with a dash of rustic, made from scratch and offered in a beautiful bnb cafe by a lovely family. Only 4 out of 5 stars due to portion size on biscuits and gravy, and gravy needed a little more seasoning and smallest touch of heat. I and my party loved wandering around looking at the old family history photos including photos of the husband, James', astronaut father! Great experience and will always recommend to everyone!

I’ve been enjoying lunch and tea at the Gardner House with various friends and family members for years! Yummy, fresh, artistically presented foods. The pumpkin scones and chocolate chocolate chip muffins are to die for! Great selection of teas.😋

What an excellent experience! Great homemade food, wonderful service and extensive history! Had the best coffee and tea as well. Highly recommend Gardner House!!
