Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Over the last several months, the service has been consistently poor and they almost always mess up my order. I had hoped for improvement, but tonight will be my last visit here. After waiting 25 minutes in the drive through, the fries were cold and their vanilla soft serve was gritty. Very disappointing.

Really poor service here. Manager berates employee in the lobby in front of customers and then is completely rude and condescending to a customer who appeared to be an older frequent customer. Don't be mislead, poor leadership here translates to really poor service.

Of course, desserts are the DQ specialty and they do them well. However, I stopped this morning to grab a quick drive-through breakfast. After paying, I waited about 15 minutes at the window without a word before getting my food, which was only so-so quality.

I work Graveyard so everyone else's breakfast is my dinner. Most places restrict this time to breakfast alone. DQ does not. They served us burgers and fries while helping everyone else with their breakfast, which was surprisingly, not fast food but like a diner would serve. The place looks beautiful with a fireplace and all. Will be making it a habit to go back!

Food was bad - looked and tasted like the burgers were cooked several hours earlier. Dirty tables and floors (I am scared to think what the kitchen looked like). Rude/incopetent workers. Definitly not returning
