Mashita | Teriyaki Restaurant

Really pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Don't let the outside scare you off it's clean inside and the staff is friendly. Most importantly it was almost as good as my favorite teriyaki place in Seattle which is hard to do!

Great food, reasonable prices, and quick. If your on a time crunch for lunch, they get you in and out and have orders to go.. Friendly staff. Don't let a full parking lot scare you, they are still fast!

My first time there . Very skeptical.Never thought I would be eating my Sushi from a old service station. WoW ! Excellent. Very busy but the two young lady's keep it moving .Good job. Take notes Stayton business's.

I had the teriyaki chicken and it was pretty good. Chicken was a little dry though. I also had a tuna roll even though I swore I'd never eat gas station sushi. I will probably only eat here again if someone else suggests it.

I went expecting no more than a run of the mill teriyaki meal. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The meal was excellent, both the Teriyaki Pork, and Teriyaki Chicken were done very well. The chicken was juicy, and the pork was flavorful, and just blackened on the edge providing a flavorful texture to the meal. The meat was served over the rice, which was odd, but made for a great presentation. The salad was also very good with a sesame ginger dressing that was much better than the one normal dressing that seems mayo based. I will certainly eat there again if I am in the area.
