I wish I could give zero stars! These folks are garbage regarding professionalism and customer service -- my mother rents a unit from them with repeated issues from toilet water leaks to non-functioning A/C units. Not only do they not fix things in a timely matter, they blame the tenant for these problems. In fact, during an two Arkansas summers, there has been no resolution to the failed A/C. Cheap rent so they don't respect the tenants. And whoever ya'll have answering that phone - I think her name is Denise - she needs to learn how to talk to people or keep that same energy when they pull up on her.

I have reported an issue with the stove in the month of March and it is now May and No one has come to repair it nor to look at it to determine what the issue is. I have Not been able to use the stove going on 2 months.

They've been very helpful and I found a perfect listing! I was so excited because it is exactly what we've been looking for
