These guys are so happy to take your app fees and then leave you hanging... Might as well throw your money in the trash can.
I toured a property we truly liked which is also on the market for sale. According to the real estate company, after waiting 2 weeks, the homeowner never received our applications. About 12 minutes later they called to say the homeowner turned us down...Very suspicious!
We toured a 5 properties in total that even while empty were infested with super huge cockroaches... Renter beware!!!
The second application we submitted mostly just to see what would happen. We were told that in order for us to rent from them, we would need a double deposit and a co-signer. What if our co-signer has emaculent credit?
Let's face it, most of these properties are in poor neighborhoods, so why are they expecting good credit? Rainey Property get real! Could this be why so many of these properties are still for rent?
***Homeowners also beware! They may not be out to put a renter in your home anytime soon.***

I'm current;y renting a home with Rainey properties. The online payment system is ATROCIOUS, and I am being fined late fees because their system waited 2 days after rent was due to inform me my payment TYPE was rejected despite there being more than enough funds to make the rent. Now, because their system can't automatically detect payments they don't accept, my $900 rent got jacked up to nearly $1000. All I got from them in response has been saccharine "we can't do anything" emails, so I am being held responsible for their mistakes. This is the worst we've ever been treated by a rent company, and we've been treated pretty badly by others. Ridiculous money-sink.

They gave me a house to rent that was not rent ready waist-high grass in the backyard broken fence the air didn't work, even after they did get it working they took no pity on me after I quit working again then whenever it came time for me to move out they tried to charge me $2,000 for the condition of the property when it was in a worse condition than when I got it. Renter beware enter at your own risk. My lease manager was Lizzie Casteel. What also not let me see her or talk to her on the phone only would reply by email.

I rented from them last year and left this year around may. They always answered the phone which is a plus, very responsive, another plus, quality home plus plus...but everything turned sour during move out. I left the home in a cleaner state than when I moved in yet I still get charged for "cleaning fees." I hired a company to clean the tubs, floors and kitchen. It looked great. If I could attach pics here I would. They charged me tub cleaning fee, and kitchen which was unreal because those were professionally cleaned and I took pictures. Heck I even maintained the grass better than what I found it. Look I'm a landlord for a few homes too. You guys have an unfair policy on fees after move out. I have debated for months to write a review or not, but I still feel robbed here!!! The house was immaculate after I left and I even sent pics and receipts. They reduced my fee a little which I took after showing pics. I want all my money back....thus the reason I left this review. You turned a loyal fanatic into someone who doesn't trust you guys.

OMG WHERE DO I START?! RUN AND KEEP RUNNING! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE WITH EVERYTHING. THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING &THEY BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE OWNER BECAUSE THEY THINK YOU HAVE NO WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM IN WHICH SOME CIRCUMSTANCES YOU DON'T! THEY WILL SEND SEVERAL PEOPLE OUT TO LOOK AT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE BUT NOTHING GETS DONE! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THERE IS NO WAY THEY SHOULD BE OPEN OR ABLE TO BUSINESS WITH ALL THESE COMPLAINTS MAJORITY OF THEM BEING SIMULAR! THEY ARE FULL OF BS WITH NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE TENANTS AND THE OWNERS ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING THIER MONEY, WHICH ONLY SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY "GOOD" REVIEWS .
