I would not recommend this realty company to anyone! I moved into a home that had not been occupied for over a year! I was willing to remain a tenant if the rent could be reviewed and lowered. I moved out and left the home the same way they gave it to me and my security deposit was not returned in full because I was charged for yard clean up and changing air filters, bulbs and smoke detectors! Things that weren’t even changed while I was a tenant! These are the responsibility of the owner anyway to get the home ready for the next tenant and should not have been taken out of my security deposit! Not to mention the rent was lowered after I moved out but I was told it could not be done!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless you want broken things and refusal to fix them! Took 2 weeks for them to get someone to come out and look at our broken pipe in the kitchen sink, tile countertops are cracked and falling off, no fridge and no microwave (and at the price we are renting at, those things should be included!). I could keep going, but i will leave it at that. I hope someone else doesn’t get the short end of the stick like we did!

I was terrified to switch from renting to being a home owner. Jordan made this process so easy for me, that I ended up buying FIVE houses last year. I don't even need them, but they just made it so much fun. Thanks, Rental Realty. You guys changed my life.

They made purchasing a home and navigating all the paperwork, and contracts very easy to deal with.
