Fletcher Property Management

Moved into our rental house through them, walked into a nightmare. Hadn't been cleaned, Cobb webs everywhere. Had to clean the entire house ourselves before settling in. My one year old son almost swallowed countless screws they left laying around the house. They left screws and holes in the wall who h we now have to fix. Can not wait for our lease to be up. This place is a disaster and they clearly do not care about their tenants. Once our lease is up I can go into further detail about the problems we've been having. Do not use this rental company. They only care about collecting their check at the beginning of the month.

I recently sold my condo which is managed by Betty and her very capable staff. Because it was a cash offer, the closing date was very short from the time of the offer. I have known the owner, Betty Fletcher for approximately 10 years. I have had the privilege to experience her expertise and knowledge while I served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She is not only a leader in her field within her own community but also in the national arena. She teaches property management classes across the nation and does a stellar job doing so. She is not only great at her business but she is a warm and caring individual. If you are looking for someone to take care of your home, you have found the right person.

If I could give less than a one star review, I would. Horrible experience dealing with Fletcher Property Management. These people are scam artists. Stay away!! My wife and I rented a house from Fletcher. We moved to Little Rock from out of state so we did not have a chance to inspect the property before moving in. We were promised that the house was in move in condition and in great shape. Fletcher even sent us a checklist for the condition of the house. Everything was rated in excellent condition. Fletcher assured us that the property was inspected and everything was ready to go! When we showed up at the house, it was an absolute mess. Completely filthy. Yard was full of trash and debris. Bushes and trees overgrown. The shudders had been removed from the front of the house, the screws and nails were on the ground. The front door jamb was broken with pieces laying everywhere. There was a huge puddle of oil in the driveway. Trash strewn about the yard. The cupboards, sink, and stove were filthy. The bathtub faucet and drain had been removed. There was trash below the bathroom sink. I could go on and on. We called Fletcher immediately and they threw the blame on the home owner saying, "It is up to the homeowner to clean the property before you move in." We contacted the homeowners and they said "Fletcher never told us anything was wrong with the house." We feel that Fletcher Property never inspected the house as they told us. We were lied to repeatedly. We will never do business with Fletcher Property again. Fletcher Property knows the laws very well, and they know exactly what they can get away with. These people are artists of the scam. When we moved out they wanted us to leave the house in "excellent shape", meaning in way better condition then we found it. They insisted that was what our lease said so that is what we had to do or lose our deposit. Stay very far away!
