Callahan is an honest and straight forward real estate and property management company. Many people complain about a property management company after a bad experience, but I feel compelled after 4 years as a renter to express my gratitude for consistent good service. Repairs were always made in a timely manner. Updates were made to the building to make the residence more livable. Most importantly, the office staff was always kind when I called. I am moving in a month, but I would recommend Callahan properties as a safe and affordable option. Thanks for the good service.

I have been extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Callahan Real Estate. Their management team has always been quick to address any issues that come up with my apartment and they resolve problems in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them for other renters / property owners and they take great care in keeping properties in good condition.
