I meant to leave a review a while ago and forgot. I rented from this company from 2016-2017. They were always quick to respond to any concerns I had. There were two times I had to have someone come out for minor repairs and they had someone out within 24 hours. I was always treated with respect from this company and when moving out they made it so easy and simple - we kept our house clean and even got our deposit back (which has never happened from any of my rental before). I was actually so sad when we had to leave this rental company but I recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in the Jacksonville area. We are a military family and although we moved after our year lease they were the first to be acceptable of the fact I wasn't married to my airman understanding that if orders came with the right proof we would both need to leave without penalty. Thank you so much Bart Gray for giving us a great renting experience!

I rented from Bart Gray and I had an absolute wonderful experience. I left the state for a job opportunity, and now they've requested my return to Arkansas. I truly hope they have something for me upon my return. Great Rental Agency. Unless I buy a home, I'll be renting again.

I am a current tenant of theirs-they have been very quick to get things fixed as they go wrong. If you are up front with them and tell them the situation they work with you and try to keep the good tenants. In fact the owners of the house I currently live in are selling and Stephen at Bart Gray has been excellant in working with me to find the best house they have for me to move in! I will definitely stay with the property manager/landlord I have with Bart Gray!

I RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR HONEST, RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL LANDLORDS!! I rented a home in Jacksonville that Bart Gray Reality managed for around a year and a half. I never once had any issues with the company. Bart Gray was one of the few rental companies I found in the area that wasn't shady. I have had my fair share of bad landlords. Especially in Arkansas where tenants have very little rights compared to other states. I can by far say that Bart Gray is the most professional team I have ever worked with! Best rental company I have ever rented from by far! Virginia (hope I didn't spell her name wrong) was super awesome to work with. I always caught myself hanging around the office for a few minutes chit chatting when I went in to pay my rent. She's a hoot! Thank you all for a great experience!! If I ever find myself back in Arkansas needing a rental unit you'll be the only company I contact! :)
