5-star review for Solid Rock!! They had our home rented in 5 days. We are on the road a lot with our jobs and it's a huge peace of mind to know they have our property taken care of. They are professional, timely, and have never steered us wrong. Throughout several repairs that had to be done, Solid Rock took the time to make sure they not only got the best price but gave me the different options to pick from. Even during a several month lull between renters, they made sure the property stayed in good condition and knocked out any repairs that popped up. Some friends recommended them to us and we can't say enough how great the experience has been. If you want to put property rental on autopilot and not have to deal with any of the hassle of doing it yourself, Solid Rock are the people to go with.

Amanda Chapin - This company has taken great care of our family (as tenants). I am not sure from the property management side of things but I could not possibly imagine why anyone would give this couple negative reviews. Solid Rock has been great when it comes to making sure they are on top of changing the air filters, staying on top of us when we are not quite being the best tenants we are supposed to be...in order to take care of the beautiful houses we are able to stay instead of having to buy a home that is too much for our family to do as our jobs require our family to not be home a lot to take care of one the proper way. Solid Rock (Tina and her husband) step in and take care of your property much better than I have seen in any property management. We are not asked to say these things nor are we paid or close friends of the owners of this company. We appreciate their hard work and do not feel they deserve the negative posts. Please know they do work hard and some times the things you don't see. I know it is hard for them to listen and take some things they hear from tenants each day. I know they have gotten an earful from me...and it saves you from hearing it or dealing with the stress of fixing things around a house or property. I don't know how they do these things but they are a blessing to both the property owner and the tenants! Great job to Solid Rock Property Management! I will always give them a great recommendation!!!!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I rented from Tina and her husband for a year and was treated very poorly. The Hogans continually displayed a lack of professionalism from the beginning of my leasing term until I moved out a year later. They were rude when speaking to them on the phone about anything from any issues we were reporting to minor details about the home. I would never in my life rent from them again.

We used this company for a couple months to get our property rented in Jacksonville. We paid a fee for advertising, but they didn't have a sign in our yard or on their website for almost 6 weeks until I asked them to place the sign in the yard, but their website "was hacked" and they couldn't put our property there. But the most disturbing part is, they don't accompany families to the property to show it. They give them a code to a lock box. They claimed this is standard procedure for showing a property, but the management company we chose after leaving Solid Rock made sure we knew that is not a standard practice. Why does this matter?? We had a couple situations where the renters were not qualified based on credit or history, and they would tell them "We will asks the owners." To which we of course said no, but then who looks like the bad guy?? Us. The owners. This may be a coincidence, but since they don't take families to view the property OR CHANGE THE LOCKBOX CODE, someone who viewed the house stole all the (custom) mirrors out of the bathrooms, the vacuum I kept in the closet downstairs for the cleaning lady to use, and the custom curtain rods that matched the metal of the knobs. When my husband stopped by to do some yard work before the house got rented and noticed everything gone, we told Phillip and Tina, and they literally didn't even apologize. Or say they would change the lock box code, or offer a solution. Like "if you order new mirrors we will hang them for you." Because we live 7 hours away. I at least would have appreciated some empathy as to why I was so irritated that my unadvertised house sat empty and got robbed on their watch. Save your time and money. We have since found another management company that is cheaper and infinitely more trustworthy. We have had a bad run of luck with property managers in the area Callahan and Solid Rock are both a complete waste of time. I wouldn't use or recommend either of them with your investment property.

They have homes posted on Craigslist and on their website but from my understanding have been rented for some period of time but they still have them up for rent. Whenever I enquired about one of the homes that they have for rent all I got back was "it is already been rented". They didn't say "there is something else to rent" but instead I got "go away it's been rented". They must be making to money to know what customer service is. I won't deal with him again.
