This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Anika Dixion is very unprofessional and cheap when it comes to repairs that need done. Lydia Campbell the receptionist is rude and doesn't know how to people. My water smelled of rotten eggs for months. I had to call seven on your side plus code enforcement. The company let me out of my lease because of they were wrong

Anika was referred by my good friend LaKesha Crow. As most say birds of a feather flock together and this proved to be so true with these two. Both are true professionals, Lakesha is one of Little Rock's top Realtors and Anika is by far the best property manager I ever had. Anika took care of my property for the last two years while I was away on military duty. I usually have to come home and redo everything but this time I didn't have to do a thing. I am actually going to do some updates to my home and Anika as always is there to help. She provided me with a list of contractors to assist and again I am truly grateful.

This company sucks. The owner Anika Dixon is a money hungry cheater. Anika is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to people. I was so glad when my lease was up!
