We stayed here 2 nights for my cousins wedding and this hotel was awesome! The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The service staff was awesome, and very accommodating. We arrived early and wanted our room on the floor with the rest of our party and they made it happen. They've also got A LOT of options for food and drinks right in the building. I would highly recommend this one!!!

This is the hotel if you want to spend a lot of money and not get what you think. Rooms are just average beds are hard. Guy at the front desk ignored you until you said something. We were given a handicap room and didn’t ask for one. Booked reservation under one price and they changed when we got there. Thought that was special. You don’t even get to use the water park unless you pay 8.99 per person and your staying at the damn hotel!!!! No complimentary breakfast you have to pay 3.99 per person for runny eggs and hard as a rock waffles. NO THANKS NEVER AGAIN YOU SUCKED ME FOR ALL THE MONEY YOU COULD GET. Also have to pay a room deposit stupid!!! TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Great staff, clean rooms, lots of food choices. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is cause the “fitness center” has 3 crappy treadmills and an old biking machine. Super disappointed with their idea of a fitness center.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and amazing. The staff is courteous and very accommodating. Would recommend that you stay here if you get a chance.

The place is Crazy Busy its sold out. But has a weird smell as well. Didn't get the room we originally requested either. We were under impression there was a hot tub to retreat from stress isn't any.. Came down for the concert this weekend and actually was considering changing hotel. We choose this hotel for convience to better access to Concert Hall. Regret it!!
