Decent hotel. Room had a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Parking is plentiful. My room was next to the stairs and I could hear everyone who came up or down the stairs. Right across the street from the Alertus center and close to a bunch of malls and food within 5-10 minutes drive.

Decent price for decent room. Small kitchenette with 2 burner stove top, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer. No dishes or utensils included. They offer weekly and monthly rates if you ask. Only clean the rooms every 4 days while you stay.

Great location! Right across from the Alerus Centre and a short drive to main shopping area. Room was clean. Large fridge was nice. I only wish there were utensils in the room.

Check in was fast. the beds were soooo comfy. loved the pillows, kitchen, bathroom. I felt like I could live there.

Decent price, and friendly staff. Also quite clean, but no free breakfast or pool. Good if you don't plan on spending any time at the hotel
