Visited during the afternoon, usually a downtime for restaurants. Was greeted warmly and served quickly. The food is pretty typical Italian American fare, but all the veggies tasted fresh and none of the sauces were too heavy.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant. The food is always perfect. The manager and waitstaff are courteous and helpful. They have started having an event each month. His month was wine-paired 4 course meals. Next month will be whiskey and cheese. The bread they bring before your meal is warm, accompanied by herb infused oil or butter. Love love love this place!!

Carabas is one of our favorite places to eat. They offer free hot bread with olive oil and herbs dip that is delicious fo snack on while you choose your appetizers (several are offered) and meal. They offer something for everyone, from simple pasta bowls to pizza or steak. They offer a special selection for kids under 12. You have a choice of table, booth, or bar seating. A wine list and bar service are available.

My son and I just left the restaurant and was very reluctant to leave because the owner, Michelle, and all of her staff, treated us warmly and magnificent service. Michelle approached us and had an honest conversation with us as if we were long lost friends. Ironically, we had no ideal that she was the owner. THAT kind of respect, friendliness and caring for her customers has made us want to come back tomorrow. And by the way, our server, was very knowledgeable, courteous and ready to serve us if we needed it. Incidentally, the food was amazing as well. I had the Marsala with Fettucine and my son, who is a pizza lover, had the wood-burned pizza...by the way, he loved it and mine was cooked amazingly well. Great job Michelle and your staff and we will most certainly be back!
